About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially savvy Director - Activation to lead influencer and creator-led activations for our Influence Practice in India. This role will be responsible for building and managing creator partnerships, driving end-to-end campaign activations, and delivering impactful influencer marketing programs that align with client objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with talent agencies, creator management firms, influencer marketing agencies, or brand partnerships teams, with a strong network across creators, talent managers, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Creator & Talent Partnerships

• Develop and manage relationships with creators, influencers, talent agencies, and management companies across categories.
• Identify and onboard relevant talent for brand campaigns and long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, deliverables, and partnership agreements.

Campaign Activation & Execution

• Lead end-to-end execution of influencer and creator-led campaigns from brief to delivery.
• Partner with strategy, client servicing, and content teams to translate campaign objectives into activation plans.
• Ensure timely execution, quality control, and seamless stakeholder management across campaigns.

Business & Client Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on creator marketing, influencer trends, and activation opportunities.
• Present creator recommendations, campaign concepts, activation plans, and performance outcomes.
• Support business development efforts by contributing to pitches and new growth opportunities.

Industry & Market Intelligence

• Stay updated on creator economy trends, platform updates, and emerging talent.
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of influencer marketing best practices and measurement frameworks.
• Leverage data and insights to optimize campaign performance and creator selection.

Team Leadership

• Mentor and guide activation team members, ensuring operational excellence.
• Build scalable processes for talent sourcing, contracting, campaign execution, and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8-10 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, branded content, or digital activations.
• Proven experience working with talent agencies, creator management firms, influencer networks, or entertainment agencies.
• Strong network within the creator ecosystem across India.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale influencer campaigns and brand activations.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of social platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and emerging creator platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
