Aman Lifestyle is a Jaipur-based garment house. We make, wholesale and retail women's ethnic wear, and we manufacture for other leading brands too. We run three brands — SCAKHI (ethnic), PRIAMÉ (fusion & resort) and SUKANTA (luxury occasion). We're a hands-on, fast-growing team, and we're hiring for our office and our Sitapura factory. Same for all roles

Job type: Full-time, permanent

Days: Monday to Saturday

Place: On-site only — no work-from-home

You are the founder's right hand for numbers and daily decisions. You turn raw sales and factory data into simple, clear reports — and you use AI to make this fast and automatic. It's a high-trust role with a front-row seat to how the whole business runs. What you'll do

• Build and send the daily sales report (online, wholesale and retail) every morning.

• Prepare profit & loss (P/L) analysis and explain what's going up or down, and why.

• Do style-level / SKU-level analysis: which designs sell, which don't, sizes, returns, margins.

• Use AI tools (Claude, Chat GPT, Excel/Sheets AI) to automate spreadsheets and remove repetitive work.

• Build simple dashboards and trackers the team can use without your help.

• Pull data from many sources (ERP, marketplaces, Excel) and keep it clean and reliable.

• Help the founder prep for meetings: quick numbers, summaries and follow-ups.

• Track key tasks and decisions so nothing slips (the EA part of the role). You must have

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets — formulas, pivot tables, clean data habits.

• Comfort with numbers and a sharp eye for mistakes.

• AI-curious and AI-confident — you already use, or are excited to learn, AI tools to work faster.

• Clear written English and good communication.

• Trustworthy with confidential business and money data.

• Graduate (commerce, business, data or similar). Some work experience preferred. Good to have

• Basic SQL, Python, or Power BI / Looker Studio.

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, manufacturing or D2 C.
