Job Description

• Acquire new education institutes, colleges, and universities for digital campaigns and advertisements across India.
• As a Senior BDM , you would be the single point of contact between clients and internal teams, and own a portfolio of key accounts.
• Client Relationship Building – Build and lead effective relationships with key clients, and maximize revenue from assigned existing accounts.
• Establish strong communication channels at all levels of the client's organization, set proper expectations, and ensure performance is consistently maintained.
• Manage the entire campaign lifecycle for clients to ensure delivery of committed outcomes as per the initial proposal.
• Develop multi-level relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations, such as Counselors, Marketing Managers, Marketing Heads, Chairmen, Deans, and Admission Directors.
• Follow up on payments and timely collection to ensure achievement of assigned targets.
• Conduct regular review meetings with clients to keep them apprised of campaign progress, gather feedback, facilitate troubleshooting, and present forecasts and future plans using key account metrics.
• Escalation Management – Proactively support clients by understanding their critical priorities, resolving complex blockers, and ensuring delivery of promised deliverables within committed timelines.
• Extensive travel across Pan India will be a core part of this role, including regular on-ground visits to institutes, colleges, and universities to build relationships and close new business.
• Mentor and guide junior BDMs on the team, sharing account-management and negotiation best practices.

Requirements

• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts.
• Willingness and readiness for extensive travel across the country (Pan India) on a regular basis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a strong listener, presenter, and people-person.
• Result-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to quickly iterate to deliver desired outcomes.
• Proven experience interacting with client executive influencers and building trusted relationships across client organizations.
• Proficient is MS Office (Spreadsheet, Presentation, Documentation and especially in Advanced Excel ).
• Hunter mentality that builds win-win relationships.
• Strong time management skills to ensure service-level commitments are consistently met.
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills.

Work Experience: 3–5 years, with prior experience in a client-facing BDM/Key Account role preferred.
