Role: Online English Mentor
Shift Timing: 2:30 AM – 8:30 AM IST (US Shift)
Working Hours: 6 Hours/Day
About the Role

We're looking for passionate Online English Mentors who can make language learning exciting — from grammar and vocabulary to reading, writing, speaking, and communication skills. If you enjoy working with children and have a knack for making concepts simple and engaging, we'd love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging online English classes to K-12 students. Teach English grammar, vocabulary, sentence formation, reading, writing, and comprehension. Help students improve their spoken English, pronunciation, fluency, and communication skills. Conduct interactive activities to make language learning fun and engaging. Simplify grammar concepts and explain them in an easy-to-understand way. Encourage students to participate actively and communicate confidently. Develop students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. Track student progress and provide constructive feedback. Create a positive, encouraging, and interactive virtual classroom environment. Ensure strong student engagement and meaningful learning outcomes.Eligibility
Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, Journalism, Literature, Communication, or a related field.
Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication.
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Strong understanding of reading comprehension, sentence structure, tenses, parts of speech, punctuation, and vocabulary building.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching and working with K-12 students.
Prior teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or training experience is preferred.
Comfortable working in the US Shift (2:30 AM – 8:30 AM IST).
