Up to £43,000 depending on skills, qualifications and experience Full Time, Permanent Company van and tools provided Covering Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas Responsive Repairs Team - 40 hours weekly worked on an 8-week rota as per below: Shift Pattern 1 - Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (including 1 hour lunch) Shift Pattern 2 - Monday Wednesday 11am-8pm. Tuesday. Thursday Friday 8am -5pm Shift Pattern 3 - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday 8am-5pm, Wednesday 8am-12noon, Saturday 830am - 1230 Join bpha's In-House Maintenance Service and help us deliver a high-quality repairs and maintenance service that makes a real difference to our customers every day. We're looking for a qualified, customer-focused Electrician to carry out repairs, installations, testing and fault finding in occupied homes and void properties. What you'll be doing Electrical repairs, maintenance and small installation works Installation of new circuits and alterations of existing circuits where required Consumer unit replacements Inspection, testing and certification of electrical installations, completing electrical Installation certificates, minor works certificates, electrical installation condition reports and all associated documentation to a high standard.
