What You’ll O

wn Lead Engagement & Sales Conversi

• onConnect with leads generated through Meta, Google, Justdial, organic channels, and other source
• s.Have meaningful, consultative conversations to understand learner needs, interests, and goal
• s.Recommend the right music programs and encourage prospects to visit the centr
• e.Schedule trial classes and centre visits based on teacher availability and batch calendar
• s.Follow up consistently and convert bookings into actual visits and enrolment
• s.Own key funnel metrics such a s Lead-to-Booking % and Booking-to-Visit

• ngWelcome learners and parents visiting the centr
• e.Understand their requirements, availability, and course preference
• s.Guide them towards the most suitable program and batc
• h.Coordinate with teachers and the Centre Head to ensure a smooth onboarding experienc

• ntMaintain accurate lead data and follow-up records in the CR
• M.Track daily activities, conversions, and funnel performanc
• e.Ensure strong follow-up discipline and timely movement of leads through the sales funne
