If you’re ready for a fresh start this spring, now is the time to make a difference. Position: Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Hourly Pay: $18-24/hr for direct billable hours (based on experience)
- Training, onboarding, and drive time: Paid at $12.50/hr
- Paid RBT certification training provided within your first month of employment
- Provide one-on-one support to children with autism and related developmental needs using evidence-based strategies
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising clinician
- Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in home, school, or community settings
- Collect data on client progress and adjust support strategies as needed
- Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and their families
- Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Celebrate small wins that lead to meaningful, life-changing progress

- Bi-weekly pay for the rewarding, hard work.
- Up to 2 weeks paid time off (based on hours worked) + 12 floating holiday hours.

- High school diploma, or GED (minimum) and 18+ years old.
- Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (or related coursework).
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and your own reliable vehicle is required.This is not a position where rideshare or public transportation can be used.
- Candidates with evening/after-school availability preferred (sessions typically 2–6 hours, Monday–Friday).
- General knowledge of computer systems, including Windows and Google products.
