Job Title: Manager/Executive – Ticketing

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad (onsite)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (preferably handling corporate clients)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – Ticketing to lead our corporate travel operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong client-handling expertise, deep GDS knowledge(Amadeus), and the ability to ensure seamless end-to-end travel support, including managing VVIP arrangements and airline coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day ticketing operations for corporate clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for airlines and key partners.
• Handle complex airline queries, fare negotiations, and group fare management.
• Coordinate VVIP and high-profile client movements at airports across India.
• Monitor and manage GDS queues efficiently to ensure timely ticket issuance.
• Deliver performance insights and revenue-enhancing updates for the ticketing team.
• Maintain high service standards to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in travel ticketing (corporate travel preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proven experience handling airline relations and group fare negotiations.
• Proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus), including queue management.
• Ability to manage VVIP clients and handle sensitive travel requirements confidently.
• A proactive approach to improving revenue and team performance.
