Role Overview

The Student Admissions & Application Advisor is responsible for managing the operational and administrative aspects of student applications — from receiving completed documentation and submitting applications to securing offers, tracking application progress, and ensuring timely follow-up with universities, institutions, agents, and internal teams. The role works closely with Student Success Advisors, who manage the student-facing counselling and relationship journey.

The Student Admissions & Application Advisor ensures that once a student has decided on their study pathway, the application moves efficiently, accurately and consistently from submission to offer.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit and manage student applications to universities and institutions.
• Track applications, offer letters, conditions and deadlines.
• Follow up with universities, institutions and partner agents.
• Coordinate with Student Success Advisors to collect and verify student documents.
• Maintain accurate application records and trackers.
• Ensure timely resolution of pending documents and application requirements.
• Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth journey from application to offer.

Key Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in international education/admissions preferred.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
• Experience with international university applications is an advantage.
