Location: Cameron, LA (Onsite)Job Type: Full-TimeSalary: $80,000 per yearKey Responsibilities:Provide hands-on IT support to employees and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.Coordinate technical requests with third-party IT providers.Train employees on new applications and devices.Support employee onboarding and offboarding.Requirements:2+ years of help desk or IT support experience in a macOS environment.Strong knowledge of Apple devices, macOS, and Windows/Microsoft systems.Apple certifications are a plus.Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills. xzbcwsv Apple Store Genius experience is highly desirable.
