Job DescriptionBuild, recruit, train, and lead high-performing commercial roofing service crews.Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, dispatch, quality control, and safety.Diagnose commercial roofing issues and develop accurate, profitable repair and maintenance proposals.Manage departmental budgets, job costing, labor productivity, and gross margins.Strengthen commercial customer relationships and identify opportunities for recurring maintenance contracts.Partner with sales and administrative teams to expand service revenue and operational efficiency.Improve service processes, implement best practices, and scale the department for long-term growth.
Qualifications5+ years of commercial roofing service experience, including field crew leadership.Proven experience building, expanding, or significantly improving commercial roofing service teams.Hands-on knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, built-up roofing, and commercial roof coating systems.Experience diagnosing roofing problems, estimating repairs, and developing profitable proposals.Understanding of job costing, labor productivity, gross margins, and service department profitability.OSHA 30 certification and valid driver's license required.Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
