Project Director (Data Center)

Job Description Responsible for the delivery of core & shell of the project with primary focus on safety, schedule, cost, quality and compliance. Responsible for ensuring that the project meets the Guidelines and standards which may be adjusted from time-to-time based on best practices and Lesson Learned drawn from previous projects. Update and edit the guidelines managing the delivery of the project. Responsible for management of the commissioning and integration activities including coordinating with various resources, vendors and contractors. Coordinating and reviewing vendor performance relative to cash flow and summaries, together with Project Controls support.
