Program Manager

Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation programs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate functional requirements. Manage program scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical developers, architects, and third-party vendors. Drive solution design workshops and ensure alignment with business objectives. Oversee testing (SIT, UAT), data migration, training, and go-live activities. Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies. Ensure governance, compliance, and quality standards are met. Provide regular status reports to leadership and executive stakeholders. Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous process improvements.
