Emp Status Regular Full time Work Shift Day (United States of America) Compensation Range The base pay scale for this position is $26.65 - $40.87. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. What you will be doing Job Qualifications EDUCATION - Required Associates EDUCATION – Preferred Bachelors EXPERIENCE - Required Minimum 3-5 years healthcare setting, or the equivalent field, or related program SKILLS - Required Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service orientation. PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS
This position is performed in a hybrid work environment, requiring a combination of onsite and remote work. The role requires prolonged periods of sitting, frequent use of a computer, keyboard, and telephone.ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS
This position operates in a hybrid work environment, with responsibilities performed both in a professional office setting and remotely from a designated home workspace. The office environment is climate-controlled and free from exposure to hazardous conditions.HAZARDS
OSHA Category 3 Tasks that involve no exposure to blood, body fluids, tissues, or other potentially infectious materials and Category 1 tasks are not a condition of employment.POSITION & UNIT ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Maintain exceptional phone etiquette by using standard greetings, speaking clearly, remaining calm, minimizing hold times and transfers, seeking permission before placing patients on hold, and providing confident, accurate responses.
- Adapt to changing work assignments and provide cross-coverage as needed.
- Follow established workflows, ensuring accurate entry of patient information into EMR systems.
- Document all patient and staff interactions in Salesforce (SF) in chronological order, using the partner notes field when applicable.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and external parties to fulfill patient requests.
- Use correct Salesforce templates for appointment confirmations and complete tasks thoroughly to minimize errors.
- Work assigned queues, contributing a fair share to the team’s case load to meet individual and departmental goals.
- Report technical issues or patient-related concerns to leadership immediately.
- Assist colleagues when assigned work is complete and proactively prepare for upcoming assignments.
