Senior Project Manager

EvrenAI · Lahore, Lahore District; Punjab, Pakistan

You keep client projects on track without losing sight of why they exist. You can run a sprint review in the morning, reassure a worried client at lunch and unblock an engineer by the afternoon. At Evren AI, you'll lead the delivery of AI-powered web, mobile and enterprise products for our clients, from kickoff to launch.

What You'll Do

• Lead the delivery of several client projects at once, from kickoff and scoping through launch and handover
• Run sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives with engineering, design and QA
• Be the main point of contact for clients: set clear expectations, share progress every week and manage change requests
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets and risks, and raise problems early with a plan to solve them
• Work with our engineers and AI leads to turn product ideas into clear, estimated backlog items
• Improve how Evren delivers, from project templates to reporting, so every engagement runs a little better than the last

What You Bring

• 6+ years managing software projects, including at least 3 years of client-facing delivery at an agency, studio or consultancy
• Hands-on experience running Agile/Scrum teams with tools like Jira, Linear or ClickUp
• Enough technical understanding of web, mobile and cloud projects to have real conversations with engineers
• Excellent written and spoken English, and confidence presenting to founders and executives
• Calm under pressure: you can balance what a client wants with what the team can realistically deliver
• Experience working across time zones with international clients

Bonus If You Have

• AI or machine learning projects
• PMP, PSM or PRINCE2 certification
• Mobile app delivery
• Budget and resource planning
• Product management experience

Why This Role

You'll be the reason clients trust us with their next product. You'll have a real say in how Evren runs projects, not just a seat in the meeting, and you'll work alongside the engineers who build what you plan.
