About the Role

The company is looking for an energetic and target-driven Telesales Team Lead to manage telesales team and drive customer conversions and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in telesales/inside sales along with team handling, and should be comfortable working with sales targets, daily performance tracking and team motivation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of telesales executives. Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Monitor calls, leads, conversions and individual team performance. Coach and motivate team members to improve productivity and conversion. Ensure timely follow-up with leads and customers. Identify gaps in the sales process and implement improvements. Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports. Handle escalations and support the team in closing challenging sales. Work closely with the marketing/operations team to improve lead conversion.

What We're Looking For

3–6 years of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Telecalling. Proven experience in handling and managing a telesales team. Strong understanding of sales targets, lead conversion and follow-ups. Good communication and convincing skills. Strong team management and problem-solving ability. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Experience in Sportswear, Apparel, Fashion, D2 C, E-commerce or Consumer Products will be an advantage.
