Manager, Security Engineer - Financial Services, Enterprise Security

You will work on designing, implementing and operating security solutions across cloud, on-premise and hybrid environments for financial services clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape secure architectures, pipelines and controls that enable safe digital transformations. This is an opportunity to grow technically and contribute to a high-impact security program within a global firm. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li hybrid working policy /li li return-to-work coaching /li li world-class development /li li wellbeing support /li li flexible working arrangements /li li career growth opportunities /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Design and build secure infrastructure across public, private and hybrid clouds using infrastructure-as-code /li li Develop and integrate secure CI/CD pipelines with up-to-date security checks /li li Create and deploy security tooling covering endpoint, network, cloud posture, SIEM and related areas /li li Operate SbD (Secure by Design) procedures and produce security artefacts /li li Contribute to security architectures and solution designs /li li Tune security controls (WAF, firewalls, monitoring and alerts) and drive configuration improvements /li li Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scoping to identify threats /li li Help clients develop security technology roadmaps and realistic engineering estimates /li li Stay current with emerging threats and best practices to propose improvements /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) /li li Hands-on CI/CD tooling experience /li li Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) /li li Scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) /li li Experience building/deploying microservices /li li Experience with security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanning, WAFs, CASBs, SIEMs, CSPMs) /li li Experience contributing to security architectures and designs /li li Understanding of security principles and risk framing in business terms /li li Understanding of Agile, SCRUM and Continuous Delivery /li /ul ul li Agile thinker /li li Stakeholder management /li li Collaborative working /li li Public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) /li li CI/CD tooling /li li Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) /li /ul
