VACANCY FOR CREATIVE DESIGNER – BRAND & DIGITAL MEDIA

Company Description:

Established in 2009, Revata Engineering is a manufacturer of high-performance elastomer seals, engineering thermoplastic components, and precision-machined metal parts for the Oil & Gas industry. The company operates an integrated R&D and manufacturing facility at MIDC Bhosari, Pune, holds API Spec Q1, ISO 9001:2015, and NORSOK M-710 certifications, and runs a NABL-accredited in-house testing laboratory.

Role Description:

We are seeking a talented Creative Designer to own Revata's visual identity across every touchpoint. The role covers product catalogues, newsletters, social media creatives, marketing collateral, and website updates , translating complex engineering into clear, compelling visual communication for a global Oil & Gas audience.

The Creative Designer will report directly to the Managing Director and act as the creative engine of the company . This is a single-handed role – the candidate must be comfortable managing their own design pipeline independently, and must be fluent in using AI design tools to work faster and explore more creative directions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design & Marketing Collateral:

•  Design and maintain product catalogues, datasheets, brochures, company profiles, and technical one-pagers.

•  Create exhibition and trade show materials such as standees, backdrops, and booth graphics.

•  Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printers on paper, finish, and print quality.

2. Social Media & Newsletters:

•  Design LinkedIn posts, carousels, banners, and campaign creatives aligned to the content calendar.

•  Design and lay out customer newsletters and email campaigns.

•  Edit short videos and reels from shop floor footage, product shoots, and company events.

3. Website Updates:

•  Update website content, banners, images, and new pages through the CMS.

•  Coordinate with web developers on larger changes and ensure the website always reflects current products, certifications, and news.

4. Brand Stewardship:

•  Apply and protect Revata's brand guidelines (colours, typography, tone) across all output.

•  Build and maintain reusable templates for presentations, proposals, and company documents.

5. AI-Enabled Design Workflow:

•  Use AI tools for image generation, layout, copy assistance, and video editing across all deliverables.

•  Stay current with new AI design tools and bring the best ones into Revata's workflow.

Who Should Apply:

Creative professionals who care about ideas, not just execution. You should be able to take a technical product and turn it into visual communication that a global Oil & Gas customer takes seriously, manage your own pipeline with minimal supervision, and be comfortable walking a shop floor for photos and footage. A strong portfolio matters more to us than degrees or years of experience – show us work that is original, clean, and thoughtful.

Must Have Qualifications:

•  Degree or Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or equivalent practical experience backed by a strong portfolio.

•  2 to 5 years of graphic design experience. Exceptional freshers with outstanding portfolios will be considered.

•  A strong portfolio submitted with the application. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

•  Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with Canva.

•  Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, Canva AI, Runway, or similar.

•  Working knowledge of a website CMS such as WordPress.

•  Understanding of both print production (CMYK, bleed, GSM) and digital formats.

•  Good understand of image and content generation tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini.

•  Good written English for social media captions and newsletter copy.

Optional/Preferred Qualifications:

•  Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut).

•  Basic photography skills for product and shop floor shoots.

•  Experience with B2B, industrial, or engineering brands.

•  Working knowledge of CorelDRAW (useful when coordinating with Indian print vendors).

Location: MIDC Bhosari, Pune

Office Timings: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
