SummaryThis contingent professional will be responsible for day-to-day financial, operational, and procurement activities supporting the IT-Technology Services division. The ideal candidate must possess a strong hybrid background of financial analysis and administrative procurement. They will handle end-to-end purchasing requests, coordinate invoice flows, monitor departmental spend against budget thresholds, and manage resource tracking.We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented analyst who is comfortable translating technical business process requests into standardized corporate purchasing and accounting actions.

Requirements2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, procurement, resource management, or project coordinationExperience tracking budgets, forecasts, actual spend, and variancesExperience with purchase orders, invoices, and procurement processesExperience with Oracle or SAP ERPStrong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial tracking/modelingComfortable working around IT/software/hardware expenses and terminologyStrong attention to detail and ability to independently manage financial tracking
