DIDA Sports is looking for a creative and commercially driven Assistant Fashion Designer to join our product team. You will work across the design and development process, from trend and fabric research to sampling and final product development.

• Research fashion, sportswear and activewear trends, colors, fabrics, trims and silhouettes.
• Develop garment concepts, sketches and design details for upcoming collections.
• Create and maintain tech packs and design specifications .
• Assist in fabric, color, print, trim and detailing selection.
• Coordinate with sampling and product teams for sample development, fittings and corrections .
• Follow up on samples from initial concept through final approval.
• Support seasonal range development and new product ideas.
• Ensure designs are aligned with the brand identity, target customer and commercial requirements .

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design .
• 0–2 years of relevant experience ; freshers with a strong portfolio may apply.
• Good understanding of fabrics, garment construction, fits and detailing .
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator ; knowledge of other design tools is an advantage.
• Strong design sense with a practical and commercial approach.
• Interest in sportswear, activewear and lifestyle fashion .
• Good coordination skills and attention to detail.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
