We are looking for an experienced Ui Path Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Ui Path. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Ui Path automation solutions to ensure smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
4-7 years of experience in RPA, with hands-on expertise in Ui Path.
Provide production support for Ui Path bots and automation workflows.
Monitor bot performance and resolve application issues within defined SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Collaborate with development and business teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes is preferred.
Qualifications
4-7 years of experience in RPA, with hands-on expertise in Ui Path.
