We're a creative studio looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. You'll collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and Digital Marketing strategists to craft compelling visual identities, campaigns, and branded content and take those designs all the way through to physical execution. From concept to print to on-ground activation, you'll own the full creative journey.

Job Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can take ownership not only of design responsibilities but also of on-ground execution and coordination for client-related marketing activities in different cities.

This role is primarily design-focused, with approximately 60% of the work involving graphic design and creative execution, and the remaining 40% involving coordination, on-site execution, marketing execution support, and client servicing activities related with Designed products.

Key Requirements

1. Location & Language

Must be able to design fluently in both English and different language Good communication skills are essential

2. Graphic Design Responsibilities

Create marketing collaterals, social media creatives, print materials, clinic branding assets, promotional designs, and campaign creatives Handle both digital and print-ready designs Work closely with the creative and content teams to execute brand communication requirements Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and client expectations Ability to work on fast-turnaround requirements when needed

3. On-Ground Execution Responsibilities

Coordinate printing and production of designed collaterals Coordinate with vendors, printers, fabricators, and execution teams whenever required Ensure the final execution matches the intended design and quality standards

4. Marketing & Coordination Responsibilities

Support execution of various marketing activities happening at client clinics and locations in other cities Coordinate with internal teams based out of Mumbai and other cities Assist in coordination for content shoots, marketing campaigns, social media activities, and promotional initiatives Help maintain smooth communication between clients, vendors, and the internal creative/marketing teams

5. Photography & Content Support

Basic photography knowledge is preferred Candidates with photography experience alongside strong graphic design skills will be preferred Ability to assist in content creation, documentation, and social media-related visual requirements is a plus

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong graphic design portfolio Practical understanding of print production and execution Comfortable with field work and coordination responsibilities Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented Ability to independently manage tasks and execution requirements Experience in healthcare, lifestyle, branding, or agency environments will be an advantage

Software Skills Preferred

Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe In Design Canva Basic video editing knowledge is a plus AI tools This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative design work and real-world execution, and is comfortable handling responsibilities beyond desk-based designing.
