WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & GROWTH MANAGER

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want a job but wants to build, experiment and grow a business.

Our businesses span across occult sciences, numerology, astrology, healing, crystals, spirituality, wellness and experiential services/products.

And this is NOT a conventional BDM role.

We’re looking for a multi-tasker, opportunity-spotter and problem-solver who can help us:

• Identify new business & revenue opportunities

• Build expansion strategies & new offerings

• Develop partnerships & collaborations

• Strengthen our social media & content presence

• Improve customer experience, retention & CSAT

• Identify customer needs and turn them into products/services

• Track competition, trends & emerging opportunities

• Bring ideas to the table — and actually execute them

• Work closely with the founders across multiple businesses

In short: we need someone who can look at the business and say “Here’s what we could do next.”

You don’t have to be an expert in astrology, numerology or crystals.

But curiosity about these spaces is a BIG plus.

We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial, commercially sharp, creative, highly proactive and comfortable wearing multiple hats.

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 3–7 years
