Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive LEO Pump’s business growth in the Indian market, with a strong focus on channel development and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and expand the Indian market, formulate and execute regional sales plans, and achieve annual sales targets.
2. Develop, maintain, and manage distributors, agents, and key customers across India, while continuously building and optimizing the sales channel network.
3. Develop a strong understanding of the Indian market and competitive landscape, identify new business opportunities, and drive key projects to successful completion.
4. Conduct regular sales forecasting, market analysis, and business reviews, and provide timely feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners to enhance LEO Pump’s brand presence and market share.
6. Support the company’s international business strategy and contribute to the continued channel development and business growth of LEO Pump in India.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above. A background in Marketing, International Trade, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in channel development, with experience in the pump, fluid handling, water treatment, HVAC, industrial equipment, or related industries preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of the Indian market, with proven experience in distributor development, channel management, and project sales.
4. Fluent in English communication skills.
