Join Our Team as an RN Manager Adult Day Health Program!

If so, Gracious Home Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) is looking for dedicated RN Manager to join our team in Southborough, Full-time opportunity, we offer a range of benefits including sick leave and paid time off. Saturday availability is required for this position. 

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to adults and seniors in our Adult Day Health Program
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
• Administer IV therapy and medications as needed
• Conduct patient assessments and vital sign monitoring
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care

Required Skills:

• Post-Anesthesia Care Unit experience
• Trauma Nursing Core Course certification
• Private Duty Care knowledge
• Nursing Education background
• Medical Surgical expertise
• Three or more Years experience

Nice to Have Skills:

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification
• Experience in Telemetry and Skilled Nursing
• Proficiency in Care Planning and Interventions
• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credential
• Operating Room or Acute Care experience
