Shift Pattern: Rotational 24/7 shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
Week Offs: 1 rotational day off
Location: Tech Mahindra Building, Tower-2, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
Job Summary
This role offers hands-on experience in 24/7 operations as Customer support, perfect for building skills in business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and coordinate transport schedules, fleet rostering
Handle international calls with clients/partners
Assist in data entry
Required Skills & Qualifications
Recent graduate
0-2 years' experience in operations, Customer support
Strong communication skills for international calling (fluency in English).
Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem and basic tools like Excel/CSV processing.
Adaptable to rotational 24/7 shifts with 1 rotational week off.
