Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior managers with day-to-day operational activities
• Coordinate and support offline marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
• Manage schedules, meetings, reports, and business correspondence
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Prepare presentations, business reports, and performance updates
• Coordinate with different departments to streamline communication and workflow
• Support recruitment, training, and team management initiatives when required
• Maintain accurate records and assist with operational planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
