Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time Finance Functional Lead will manage the Oracle Fusion Financials transformation, serving as the primary functional owner and key point of contact for Finance leadership while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Oracle Fusion Financials, ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance domain initiatives Act as the primary point of contact for Finance leadership, translating business requirements into system design and fostering strategic partnerships Perform hands-on functional configuration and oversee solution delivery, including testing, training, and compliance with audit standards Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience with Finance ERP platforms, particularly Oracle ERP implementation expertise Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, including functional configuration and data reporting Deep knowledge of core finance and accounting processes, including Record-to-Report and month-end close Experience managing offshore MSPs and ensuring quality deliverables in a high-velocity environment Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence senior finance leadership
