Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead periodic CFT review meetings with Formulation Development, Analytical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Packaging Development, and Supply Chain functions to drive project execution, track deliverables, resolve bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time achievement of project milestones.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks by monitoring project progress, tracking deliverables, reviewing milestones, and implementing corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
• Maintain project timelines, trackers, and status reports. Prepare monthly MIS for circulation to Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs), ensuring visibility of project progress, filing status, milestone achievement and pending actions.
• Initiate project kick-off meetings for new development projects identified by senior management, ensuring alignment of project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, roles, and responsibilities across all stakeholders.
• Prepare and circulate detailed minutes of kick-off meetings, documenting key decisions, action items, project milestones, ownership, and timelines, and ensure timely follow-up on agreed actions.
• Prepare project budget estimates for new projects by obtaining cost from Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs), consolidate budget requirements, and coordinate with Finance for budget review, approval, and allocation.
• Monitor project budgets throughout the project lifecycle, track budget utilization against approved plans, and coordinate with Finance and project stakeholders to address budget variances and changes in project scope or timelines.

Job Specifications:

Basic Qualification: M.Pharm/ MBA

Experience: 3-5 years in R&D Projects
