Job Overview

We are looking for a Team Head – Learning & Growth to lead our training and development function. The role turns the L&G strategy into yearly plans, develops LMS and blended learning programs, and delivers training to internal and external clients. The Team Head will help meet P&L targets, manage the LMS, coach facilitators, and maintain strong governance and reporting standards. The role suits a hands‑on L&D leader who is results‑driven, comfortable with digital learning tools, and focused on client satisfaction.

Job Description

• Turn the L&G business strategy into annual operational plans and implement them.
• Support the department in achieving P&L, revenue and utilization targets.
• Work with Finance and other teams to plan and track the budget and control costs.
• Lead development of LMS courses, e-learning modules and blended learning content based on training needs.
• Work with internal subject matter experts and external trainers to keep training programs high-quality and varied.
• Introduce new content formats and delivery tools to make learning more engaging.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of training programs for internal and external clients, including facilitation and logistics.
• Keep clients satisfied through regular communication and feedback, and build repeat business.
• Manage the LMS, including course uploads, user access and system performance.
• Track system adoption, user engagement and course completion rates.
• Coach facilitators and internal trainers to improve content quality and learner impact.
• Ensure L&G policies, processes and reporting standards are followed.
• Keep training records, monthly reports and leadership dashboards up to date.
• Identify operational risks and escalates them to the Unit Head with mitigation plans.

Education Required

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education, Psychology or a related field is required.
• A Master's degree in HRM, Organizational Development or Education is preferred.
• Certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design or Training Facilitation (e.g. CPTD, CIPD L&D, ATD) are a plus.

Experience Required

• 6–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, training delivery or capability building.
• At least 2–3 years leading a team or managing L&D projects.
• Hands‑on experience with LMS platforms, e-learning development and blended learning design.
• Experience delivering training for external clients or in a consulting or training business is preferred.
• Strong skills in budgeting, reporting and stakeholder management.
