About UsWe are a privately owned real estate investment/development company. We are bringing management in-house for our portfolio of short-term residential rentals (Airbnb/VRBO), long-term rentals and commercial office properties.
This is not a third-party management position. You will manage properties owned by our affiliated companies and report directly to ownership.
The RoleYou will lead day-to-day operations and be accountable for portfolio performance. That covers STR revenue and guest experience, LTR occupancy and collections, maintenance costs, and the systems and team behind them.
Responsibilities
Short-Term Rentals (STR) - FocusManage pricing and revenue: ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, booking pace, minimum stays and orphan gapsOptimize Airbnb/VRBO listingsOversee guest communication, reviews and issue resolutionManage cleaners and turnover quality control
Long-Term RentalsOversee leasing, renewals, collections and tenant relationsManage turns and make-ready
OperationsManage maintenance, vendors and service providersOwn property-level budgets, P&Ls and KPI reportingImplement our property-management platform (DoorLoop, Buildium, AppFolio or comparable) alongside QuickBooksBuild SOPs and help build the team supporting the portfolioOversee commercial office properties
Qualifications
RequiredHands-on STR operating experience, including revenue management, beyond reservations and guest messagingExperience with dynamic pricing tools (PriceLabs, Beyond or similar)Long-term rental management experienceExperience managing employees and vendorsWorking xzbcwsv knowledge of budgets, P&Ls and KPI reporting
PreferredExperience running 15+ short-term rentalsCommercial property experienceProperty-management software experience
We’re looking for someone who works with significant autonomy, identifies problems before ownership does, and brings solutions rather than simply reporting issues.
Compensation$80,000–$90,000+ base, depending on experiencePerformance bonus based on STR profitability, LTR occupancy and collections, maintenance and turn performance, and overall portfolio KPIs
