Intellectual Property Associate Attorney

Job Details: Intellectual Property Associate Attorney We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join a growing IP Litigation team. This attorney will have the opportunity to work on complex patent, trademark, and other IP litigation matters in federal courts nationwide and potentially before the PTAB or ITC. Responsibilities include: Handling written discovery Preparing invalidity and infringement claim charts and contentions Drafting briefs Taking and defending depositions Collaborating with experts Assisting with trial preparation Supporting appellate work Qualifications: Two to four years of IP litigation experience JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school Eligibility for bar admission in the state of residence Strong communication and writing skills
