Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Head – Instruments Manufacturing, based in Haveli. The Plant Head will oversee end-to-end plant operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and coordination of manufacturing activities for instrumentation products. Responsibilities include monitoring production performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing process improvements, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also involves managing budgets, optimizing costs, supervising plant teams, and collaborating with engineering, procurement, and sales to meet delivery timelines and customer specifications. The Plant Head will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support technology upgrades, and ensure reliable, efficient, and scalable plant operations.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in plant operations and production management, with demonstrated experience in leading manufacturing units.
• Hands-on skills in production planning and scheduling to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Proficiency in quality control practices, including process audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization within a manufacturing environment.
• Background in instruments or industrial automation manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field); advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams, with strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.
