Job DescriptionClient Support Representative plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional legal representation by embodying a positive attitude and maintaining polished, professional communication. Key responsibilities include warmly greeting clients and vendors, handling incoming calls, logging information into the document management system, and performing basic clerical duties. Serving as a backup for the Front Desk Receptionist as needed, the role involves maintaining cleanliness in common areas, adhering to first-call resolution guidelines, and attending training sessions to stay updated on company processes and procedures.QualificationsFluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday at our Miami Lakes office.Prior customer service experience required.Experience in a call center, administrative support, receptionist, client-facing, or customer service role preferred.Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls, emails, and client interactions in a fast-paced environment.Legal experience is not required.
