Role : Cluster Manager - Telangana

The Cluster Manager is responsible for driving business performance, operational excellence, customer experience, and people management across a cluster of retail stores. The role ensures consistent execution of business strategies, achievement of sales and profitability targets, and development of high-performing store teams while maintaining brand standards and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Financial Performance

• Drive sales, profitability, and productivity across the assigned cluster.
• Deliver business targets including Sales, Gross Margin, EBITDA, and Cost-to-Sales.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly business performance and implement corrective action plans.
• Identify opportunities to maximize revenue through merchandising, promotions, and local market initiatives.
• Ensure achievement of KPIs including ATV, ABS, Conversion, UPT, and Footfall productivity.

Store Operations

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all stores within the cluster.
• Drive operational excellence through adherence to SOPs and retail processes.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, stock availability, and replenishment.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation are maintained consistently.
• Conduct regular store audits and implement corrective actions.

Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional customer experience across all stores.
• Monitor customer feedback, NPS, and service standards.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly.
• Drive customer engagement and loyalty initiatives.

People Management

• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and SMT teams.
• Build a high-performance culture through continuous coaching and performance management.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure manpower planning and timely hiring in coordination with HR.
• Identify succession pipeline for critical positions.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
• Drive loss prevention and shrinkage control initiatives.
• Ensure health, safety, and security standards across all stores.
• Maintain discipline and ethical business practices.

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Projects teams.
• Support new store openings, relocations, and store renovations.
• Ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and business initiatives.
