Job Description
Job Title - Junior QA Automation Engineer
Experience - 2 to 4 years
Location - Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright (C#) .
- Create and execute UI and API automation test cases.
- ISTQB Basic Foundation Certification (Preferred).
- Perform all types of testing- functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines .
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts throughout the SDLC.
- Manage test cases, defects, and traceability using Jira .
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Review requirements and provide test estimates and automation feasibility.
- Analyze test results, report defects, and track issues through resolution.
- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and best practices.
