Key Account Manager (Client Growth) Location: Bengaluru Experience: 1–3 Years About the Role Love building client relationships and spotting growth opportunities? We're looking for a Key Account Manager who can keep clients happy while growing existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling. If you enjoy talking business, solving problems, and driving revenue, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand client goals and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services. Drive account growth and maximize revenue from existing customers . Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution . Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and business discussions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for additional services. Track account performance, renewals, and client satisfaction. Resolve client concerns proactively and ensure a great customer experience. Meet monthly revenue and account growth targets. What We're Looking For 1–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Servicing, Business Development, or Account Management. Proven experience in upselling, cross-selling, and growing client accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand client requirements and recommend relevant solutions. Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in a marketing, advertising, digital agency, B2B sales company is a plus. Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about client success.
