Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Fashion Operations & Customer Experience Executive to manage day-to-day operations, order processing, warehouse coordination, product authentication support, quality checks, and customer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Assist customers throughout the purchase journey.
• Share product images, videos, and details with prospective buyers.
• Handle shipping coordination, pre-label instructions, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups and deliveries.
• Verify product authenticity and maintain authentication records.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming inventory.
• Ensure products are stored safely and systematically.
• Manage product inflow and outflow processes.
• Capture product photos and videos when required.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehouse management, or e-commerce.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Startup mindset with high ownership and accountability.
