Head of Onboarding & SaaS Implementation

Rentvine is seeking a Senior Director of Onboarding to lead customer onboarding across our product lines, owning scope, pricing, and packaging. You will run implementation end-to-end and shape the operating model and team.

This is a pivotal, builder role with scope across two products and strong emphasis on cost-to-serve and margins. The candidate will have 10+ years in professional services or onboarding in B2B SaaS, with data migration fluency and proven P&L experience.
