This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing talent, researching markets, and supporting outbound growth initiative s. What You'll Be Do ing Recruitment & Talent Sourc ing Source healthcare and professional candidates using Linked In, job boards, and online databa ses Build and maintain candidate pipelines across healthcare and professional servi ces Conduct initial screening calls and candidate outre ach Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout the proc ess Support recruiters with scheduling, documentation, and ATS upda tes Sales & Business Development Sup port Research healthcare organizations, clinics, and decision-makers across Canada and the U. S. Build targeted lead lists using Linked In and online rese arch Support outbound campaigns and follow-up initiat ives Assist with market mapping and competitive rese arch CRM & Opera tions Maintain accurate records within Salesforce and internal sy stems Track outreach activity, candidate pipelines, and performance me trics Support reporting and recruitment coordination tasks What We're Looki ng For2-4 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, lead generation, or sales s upport Strong Linked In sourcing and internet research skills Excellent English communication skills (written and v erbal)Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently in a remote envir onment Experience with CRM or ATS platforms (Salesforce pref erred) Nice to Have Recruitment agency or staffing exp erience Exposure to healthcare recr uitment Experience supporting North American clients Familiarity with Linked In Recruiter, Linked In Sales Navigator, Bullhorn, or ATS pl atforms Compensation & In centives Base Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 INR/month (based on exp erience)Additional incentives tied to: Meeting s booked Recruitment activity Placements s upported Overall per formance Why Join Medi Flex Talent Solutions Work directly with a Canada/U.
