We are looking for a dynamic individual with a "Can do" attitude in the role of a client services representative. The role involves managing the client relationship, operations overview and monitoring, ensuring client satisfaction and quick resolution of any complaints.

The job locations are two, one position is based in Newtown DLF2 and the other is based in our head office in Ballygunge.

Incumbent will be working with several team members as well as department heads and needs to have a cool head and an innovative mind. Prior experience in hospitality or airlines or a similar client facing role is highly preferred.

Experience expected is 2 years to 4 years.

Qualification is not a barrier if the candidate has the right experience and attitude.
