Service Advisor – Main Dealership | Tunbridge Wells Salary: Up to £30,000 + OTE £36,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm HOT BRAND Are You an Experienced Service Advisor? Key Responsibilities Provide a warm, professional welcome to customers visiting the service department. Book vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, providing accurate updates and estimated completion times. Liaise effectively with workshop technicians to ensure a smooth customer journey. Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Complete service administration accurately and efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within the automotive retail industry. Excellent customer service and communication skills. A professional, confident, and well-presented manner. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a busy environment. A positive attitude and excellent team-working skills.
