Position summaryThe Head of Human Resources owns the people function at Atlantic Group. This person sets HR strategy, runs day-to-day HR operations, and advises leadership on everything that affects how we hire, pay, develop and keep our people. The role is both strategic and hands-on, and partners closely with the executive team.

Qualifications:RequiredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field8+ years of HR experience required, preferably within the staffing and recruiting industry, with experience supporting temporary or contract workforces strongly xzbcwsv preferred.Generalist background across recruiting, compensation & payroll, benefits, employee relations and complianceHands-on payroll and benefits administration experience, including leave programs (FMLA, NY Paid Family Leave) and ACA reporting (1094-C/1095-C)Working knowledge of employment law
Compensation and benefitsSalary range: $150k–$200k based on experienceBonus: Discretionary bonusBenefits: Health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, parental leave
