Sous ChefBe the culinary backbone of our kitchen, working closely with the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences at Mayflower Inn & Spa. As part of our culinary collaboration with renowned Chef Daniel Boulud, you will help bring his distinctive approach—rooted in seasonal ingredients, refined technique, and warm hospitality—to life.
