A nationally recognized General Contractor with a strong pipeline of large-scale residential developments is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead the delivery of ground-up multifamily construction projects across Connecticut.This senior leadership role will oversee multiple projects and project teams, ensuring successful execution from preconstruction through completion. The Project Executive will play a key role in client relationships, operational strategy, and financial performance across major multifamily developments.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide executive oversight for multiple ground-up multifamily construction projectsLead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teamsMaintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, and key stakeholdersOversee project financial performance including budgets, forecasting, and profitabilitySupport preconstruction teams with strategy, planning, and client engagementEnsure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsIdentify and mitigate project risks while maintaining operational efficiencyDrive safety, quality control, and best practices across all projects under management
RequirementsProven experience as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, or Operations Leader within a General Contractor environmentStrong background delivering ground-up multifamily construction projectsExperience managing large-scale residential developments and multiple project teamsStrong knowledge of construction operations, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration xzbcwsv Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
