Role: Associate (Only immediate joiner)

Job description

A client delivery analyst will be responsible for managing and executing new requirements of existing and potential clients. The ideal candidate should be able to handle multiple clients simultaneously, and willing to learn and understand new business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate new client requirements (products & use cases), identify data sources and any challenges with the client need.

• Helping with live demo’s and testing; handling final checks during live testing.

• Deep understanding of the insurance domain.

• Actively engaging with tech team on building new client solutions.

• An enquiring mind.

• Equally comfortable talking to insurance experts and teasing out processes, finding new potential tech tools to apply to specific problems, performing R&D and basic testing.

Education and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Minimum 0-2 years of experience.

• Organized and detailed oriented, should be able to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.

• Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and ambitious, should be actively seeking opportunities to contribute.
