Customer Account Assistant We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Management team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Assist Account Managers in managing day-to-day client communications and ensuring timely follow-up on requests and inquiries. Support the coordination of internal teams (e.g., sales, production, logistics, and quality assurance) to fulfill client needs efficiently. Help prepare client reports, presentations, and documentation to support account reviews and strategic planning. Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed of progress. Track and update client account information in CRM systems and maintain accurate records. Assist in resolving client issues by gathering relevant information and coordinating with appropriate departments. Participate in client meetings and calls, taking notes and following up on action items. Contribute to the development of client engagement strategies and support upselling or cross-selling initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends and client-specific developments to provide relevant insights to the team. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. 13 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination roles. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Made4Net and Traverse Inventory Management experience a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Work Environment
