Summary This position assists the Community Pharmacy Manager with the direction and development of pharmacy staff to optimize patient experience and delivery of services. The Community Staff Pharmacist provides direct patient care services including but not limited to drug regimen review, disease state management, medication counseling, adherence monitoring, discharge medication reconciliation, prescription dispensing, and immunization administration. Proficient with all steps of dispensing and verification workflows. This position is responsible for performing all pharmacy operations in accordance with accredited policies and procedures, ethical and professional practices, Board of Pharmacy, and State and Federal requirements.
