Hiring for- Leading Group in Automotive Gears & transmission Manufacturing

Role - Work on revenue growth, identifies new market segments, and builds key client relationships. Lead generation, cross-functional coordination, and market analysis in Automotive Parts like Gears, Axle, Transmission, Forging parts, Machined Parts, Bearings Market.

Key Responsibilities-

* Business Development: Find new customers, applications, and industrial segments for gear and mechanical products.

* Client Management: Build relationships with Original Equipment, Manufacturers (OEMs) and key industrial accounts.

* Sales Strategy: Meet assigned revenue goals, handle client price negotiations, and prepare accurate sales forecasts.

* Key Account Management: Manage Key Account business.

* Team Coordination: Work with the production, quality, and design teams to align customer technical needs with manufacturing capability.

Candidate- Education: BE in Mechanical Engineering / MBA in Marketing. Or

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 10 years of OEM sales, B2 B sales or business development background to OEM's.

(At least 3-5 years in Automotive Parts Business like Engines, Gears, Axle, Transmission, Forging, Machined Parts, Bearings etc)

Core Competencies: Strong negotiation, technical comprehension and data tracking via CRM or ERP tools.
