Position: NR Team Leader

Location: Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA

Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Day Shift)

Working Days: 5.5 Days Working

Weekly Off: Alternate Saturday Off & Sunday Fixed Off

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced NR Team Leader to lead and manage a sales team within the banking division. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in team handling, and a proven track record in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of banking sales executives.
• Achieve team sales targets and ensure business growth.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Track daily sales activities and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
• Drive productivity and maintain high service standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3+ years of Team Leader experience in the Banking domain .
• Experience in team handling and team management is mandatory.
• Strong background in Sales and Customer Service .
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to achieve targets and manage team performance effectively.
